Custom designed Axle Kits are the solution for integrators who's application does not qualify them as an OEM serial producer, but have an application that is not optimally filled by a RoboMate Platform. This option permits a customer to purchase a fully functional system to which they are able to add any functionality they desire.
The axle kit above is a front loading type, meaning access to the wiring, motors and drives is through the mounting plate holes on the front of the axle housing.
Axles are also available in the top loading style where the access is through covers on the top of the axle housing. The application generally determines the axle type required.
Axles are also available in a drop center form as well as the standard prismatic cross section. The kit to the right is made up of one drop center axle and one top loading prismatic axle.
